10. Refunds and cancellation rights
Because our products are digital products, refund and cancellation rights operate differently from physical goods.
10.1 Digital content access
When you purchase a digital product, you may be asked to agree that access begins immediately.
By agreeing to immediate access, download or programme delivery, you acknowledge that you may lose your 14-day right to cancel once the digital content has been made available or delivery has started. This allows us to provide instant access to the programme, digital resources and email journey.
10.2 Change of mind
We do not usually offer refunds for digital products once access has been provided, downloads have been made available, or programme emails have started, unless required by law.
This is because digital content cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.
10.3 Faulty or misdescribed digital content Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
If digital content is faulty, not as described, unavailable due to an issue within our control, or you believe there is a legal problem with the product, please contact us.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may provide a replacement, repair, correction, access support, partial refund or refund in line with your legal rights.
10.4 Duplicate purchases or technical issues
If you accidentally purchase the same programme more than once, or you experience a technical access issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the situation fairly and may provide access support, a correction or refund where appropriate.

18. Availability of the website and services
We aim to keep our website, products and digital delivery systems available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Access may be interrupted due to:
• maintenance;
• platform updates;
